I was speaking with Shaun Callahan (girls 06 premier) we were watching the 05 practice yesterday, he suggested we may not have the personnel to run a 4-5-1 or 4-3-3, and it might be better for us to shift back to a 4-4-2, and make the formation fit the players we have rather than try to shoehorn players in the roles they can't play... Hi Guys, yes we’ll need to move to Sarzotti for Tuesday this week. I can send a TeamSnap letting everyone know today. So Tuesday/Thursday @ Sarzotti from 4:30pm to 6:30pm this week. In terms of scrimmage Wed. I’m unsure if it will work. Tom mentions late notice which is true. That will likely bring numbers down. Plus if 7-9pm is the time slot, that is late on a school nite, especially for Ojai players.

Hey guys, been a busy day here. Wednesday I can’t make Ventura because of a conflict, BUT if there are enough guys who want to play, I say do it. 6:30 warmup, play from 7-8ish. And we train on Thursday as usual. Depending on number of players and the level of fatigue we can modify Thursday’s session accordingly.
